· Perform table-touch hospitality by checking in with guests during their meal.

· Resolve minor guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.
· Clean and sanitize tables promptly.
· Sweep and maintain a clean dining room throughout the day.
· Keep beverage stations stocked, clean, and organized.
· Restock napkins, utensils, sauces, condiments, and other guest supplies.
· Empty trash receptacles before they become full.
· Perform routine restroom checks to ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies.
· Maintain an inviting dining environment that reflects Chick-fil-A's standards of excellence.
· Deliver food to guests when needed.
· Support Front Counter operations during slower periods.
· Communicate guest needs and dining room concerns to leaders.
· Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
· Maintain Chick-fil-A operational, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations and deliver a remarkable guest experience.
