Hospitality, exceptional guest service, and systems expertise will be vital in all inner workings of this role. Hospitality Host are expected to engage casino players on the casino floor, in the Host Office, and need to be aware of daily promotions.Consistently provides a welcoming and hospitable guest experience to every guestAssists Casino Hosted guests with request and demandsDemonstrates exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers with every interactionUses active listening and de-escalation techniques in order to find solutions for the guestsProvides timely and accurate service in a fast paced and high demand atmosphereProvide hands on real-time service for VIP customers that have relationships with Player Development team membersAssists in handling all operational aspects of Player Development department from opening to close dailyEnsure all policies and procedures are followed with all required paperwork completed and filed accuratelyQualificationsMinimum 2 years of guest service experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business preferredMust have exceptional guest service skillsMust have the ability to resolve stressful situationsExperience in casino and/or hotel environment preferredProficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs preferredProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferredExperience in gaming machines and/or table games preferredMust be able to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer playAbility to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidaysMust conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures#J-18808-Ljbffr
