What you’ll do
- Clean and reset guest rooms: make beds, change linens, and sanitize bathrooms.
- Complete floor care and surface care: dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Restock amenities and supplies, including toiletries and towels.
- Document and report any maintenance concerns, damages, or missing items.
- Follow hotel cleaning standards, SOPs, and all safety practices.
- Maintain tidy, fully stocked carts, storage rooms, and work areas.
- Provide friendly support to guests with basic requests.
How you’ll succeed
- Background in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Comfort lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weight.
- Reliable and punctual; open to weekends and holidays as business requires.
- Service‑oriented mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
