Position Overview

Are you driven, energetic, and ready to grow with a fast-paced, innovative company? Surya Inc. is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Hospitality team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping our customers-architects, designers, procurement firms, hotel buying groups, and management companies-find the perfect solutions for their needs. Whether you're managing existing accounts or pioneering relationships with new customers, you will have the opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative and dynamic environment. What You'll Do:

• Become a Product Expert: Learn the ins and outs of our diverse product offerings across all brands.
• Build Relationships: Engage with customers regularly to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Provide valuable solutions and exceed their expectations.
• Drive Sales: Make daily outreach to both new and existing clients via phone and email to generate sales and grow customer relationships.
• Consult and Advise: Offer tailored product solutions, substitutions, and recommendations based on client needs.
• Travel Opportunities: Attend up to two trade shows a year to showcase our products and network with industry leaders.
• Data-Driven: Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in Salesforce to track progress and optimize results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Hospitality/Contract support teams and the field sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Customer Support: Resolve customer issues and elevate concerns as needed to maintain customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least one year of sales experience, or transferable skills from Design or Retail.
• Communication Skills: Comfortable with cold calling and establishing new business relationships.
• Growth Mindset: Strong desire to develop interpersonal skills and grow within the company.
• Resilience: Able to handle objections and stay focused on achieving goals.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for the Surya brand and products.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office 365; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Location: This is a full-time, on-site position at our corporate headquarters in White, GA.
