Hospitality Leadership Intern - Summer 2027

Overview:

The Kahler Hospitality Group Leadership Development Internship Program is designed to attract and develop recent hospitality graduates who aspire to become future leaders within the hotel industry. This immersive, three-month rotational program provides hands-on management training across key operational areas while cultivating leadership, problem-solving, and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• To provide participants with practical, cross-functional experience in hotel operations.
• To develop foundational leadership and management skills in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
• To foster an understanding of operating within a union environment and managing diverse teams.
• To prepare participants for future management opportunities within Kahler Hospitality Group.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (graduation within the past 12 months).
• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and guest service.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within the Kahler Hospitality portfolio for future opportunities.
