About the Role: Fin & Crab is looking for a passionate and driven Hospitality Manager to join our team in beautiful Charleston, SC! This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and be a key part of a thriving hospitality operation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house hospitality operations to ensure seamless service
Lead, train, and motivate hospitality staff to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction standards
Manage reservations, guest relations, and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Monitor and maintain quality control across food, beverage, and service delivery
Coordinate scheduling, staffing levels, and labor management to meet business demands
Collaborate with ownership on menu planning, events, and promotional initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management
Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
