Hospitality Sales Director - FF&E & OS&E

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our hotel FF&E & commercial furniture engineering sales team. You will be fully responsible for sales strategy, channel development, key account management, large-scale hotel project negotiation, team building, revenue growth and profit control.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop annual sales strategy, pricing system, channel layout and collection plan

- Establish long-term cooperation with international hotel brands, developers, general contractors and interior design firms

- Lead full-cycle negotiation, quotation, bidding, contract signing, project follow-up and payment collection for large hotel FF&E turnkey projects

- Build, train and manage the sales team, optimize incentive system and achieve annual sales KPIs

- Analyze industry trends, renovation cycles and competitor strategies to improve market share

- Expand designer communities, global dealers and industry resources

- Control project risks, maintain healthy cash flow and reduce bad debt

Requirements

- 5+ years experience in hotel FF&E / commercial furniture engineering sales

- 3+ years sales team management experience as sales manager or director

- Mature hotel client resources, contractor channels and design firm resources

- Proven experience handling large-scale hotel turnkey projects

- Familiar with international hotel procurement standards, bidding & FF&E project execution

- Strong leadership, negotiation skills and high pressure resistance

- Oversea market development experience is a strong plus
