HOSPITALITY SERVER and HOUSEKEEPING

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairways, and restrooms.
• Serve evening wine and nibble service to hotel guests
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to housekeeping staff and guest rooms.
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and recyclables from guest floors and service areas.
• Assist room attendants with heavy cleaning tasks and room setup.
• Restock housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supply closets.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, such as extra towels, pillows, or amenities.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items to supervisors.
• Set up and move furniture for meetings, events, or special guest requests.
• Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
