Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairways, and restrooms.
- Serve evening wine and nibble service to hotel guests
- Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to housekeeping staff and guest rooms.
- Remove trash, dirty linens, and recyclables from guest floors and service areas.
- Assist room attendants with heavy cleaning tasks and room setup.
- Restock housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supply closets.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, such as extra towels, pillows, or amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items to supervisors.
- Set up and move furniture for meetings, events, or special guest requests.
- Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
