Hospitality Services Specialist
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment? We're looking for a Hospitality Services Specialist to provide exceptional on-site support to attorneys, paralegals, and legal teams while ensuring critical legal documents and office operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Manage legal document production, scanning, printing, filing, and records management.
- Support court filings, discovery documents, closing binders, transcripts, and other legal materials.
- Coordinate mail, shipping, courier services, and document deliveries.
- Set up conference rooms, assist with hospitality services, and provide receptionist backup when needed.
- Operate and troubleshoot office production equipment while maintaining high service standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to attorneys, partners, clients, and firm staff.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2+ years of professional office experience (legal or law firm experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience with document management systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exceptional communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
