Now Hiring: Hospitality Supervisor (Full-Time!)

Friendship Village Tempe

Do you love great service, leading a team, and creating memorable dining experiences? We're looking for a Hospitality Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and top-tier service to our dining venues!

Schedule: Sundays 9:00am-5:30pm, Wednesday through Saturday: 10:30am-7:00pm plus holidays are required

Pay: $24.20 - $26.62/hr DOE

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise service teams in our Buffet, Nunnenkamp, and other dining venues
• Lead pre-shift menu reviews and ensure smooth service from start to finish
• Greet residents and guests, assist with seating, menus, and special requests
• Visit tables, check satisfaction, and coach staff on excellent service
• Maintain service, safety, and sanitation standards
• Oversee cleaning, side work, restocking, and special event setup
• Support training, scheduling, and communication with leadership
• Step in where needed to keep dining running flawlessly

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years leading a hospitality or dining team (5+ staff)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts
• Food handler's card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail
