The Hospitality Supervisor supports daily dining and hospitality operations, ensuring a high-quality, resident-centered service experience. This role provides hands-on leadership to hourly team members while maintaining service standards, safety, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day hospitality and dining operations
- Lead, coach, and support hourly team members
- Ensure excellent resident and guest service during all meal periods
- Address service issues promptly and professionally
- Support onboarding, training, and shift coverage
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety standards
- Assist with special events and community programs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hospitality or food service experience; supervisory experience preferred
- Senior living, healthcare, or contract dining experience a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and service skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
