Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Provide fast, accurate, and friendly guest service with a servant’s heart
• Coach, train, and develop team members while setting a positive example
• Open and close shifts, manage cash accountability, and finalize daily operations
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant and drive-thru
• Support suggestive selling strategies and ensure order accuracy
• Lead special projects as assigned by leadership

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Enthusiastic communicator with a genuine smile and strong people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage team dynamics
• Reliable transportation and commitment to superior customer service
• Preferred experience in leadership roles such as shift lead or supervisor
