Hospitality Team Member Responsibilities:
Champion Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Customer Service in all areas of responsibility Identify and act on opportunities to create memorable moments for guests and have a positive impact in our community Perform all Front of House restaurant roles (Register, Bagging, Expo, Food Running, Drink/Dessert preparation, Dining Room, etc) and related tasks with a high degree of quality, accuracy, and speed Understand, monitor, and engage in Food Safety practices at all times Process cash and credit card transactions correctly Complete opening, stocking, cleaning, and closing tasks as assigned Anticipate needs and move with intention and urgency in all areas of responsibility Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable; demonstrate a strong work ethic Communicate effectively with guests and fellow Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A Firestones uniform standards, policies, standards of conduct, and operational requirements at all times Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
