HOSPITALITY TEAM MEMBER

We are hiring Front of House (FOH) Team Members for our Hospitality Team including cashier, drive thru, and dining room roles:

• No experience necessary, training provided
• Openings available for day & evening shifts
• Full-time and part-time hours available
• We offer competitive wages with opportunity for self-led raises in the first three months

What You Will Do

Some responsibilities of all Team Members include:

• Provide a safe, welcoming, and kind environment for all Customers and Team Members
• Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness models)
• Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both Customer and Team Member areas
• Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts

Specific Hospitality Team Member job duties include:

• Deliver excellent customer service by interacting with Customers with a smile, making eye contact, and speaking in a friendly tone
• Work as a cashier at the front counter, taking orders and payments with accuracy and speed
• Take orders and serve Customers at the drive thru window
• Bag and serve meals with accuracy and speed
• Maintain clean and hospitable dining room and restrooms
• Move with urgency and stay productive from the moment your shift starts
• Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Display grit and positivity, particularly during rush periods
• Own your impact on the Customer experience
