Your Role as a Hospitality Team Member in Front of House (FOH)

• Represent Chick-fil-A with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a smile
• Provide outstanding guest service, always saying "my pleasure"
• Follow operational policies and procedures accurately and efficiently
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment including order-taking, dining room hosting, cleaning, drive-through, re-stocking, and more
• Work collaboratively as a dependable and adaptable team member
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in house training and stay up to date any changes
• Stand for long periods and lift 10-15 lbs regularly

What We're Looking For

• At least 16 years old with some high school education or higher
• Previous experience in food service, marketing, leadership, or sales is a plus
• Passion for serving others with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect
• Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including Saturdays
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• If hired, you must obtain a Southern Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
