About the Role<\/span>

We’re seeking a Hospitality & Travel Coordinator to manage booking support, client communications, itinerary details, and hospitality -related travel logistics. This role blends customer service, travel coordination, and administrative follow -through, making it a great fit for someone with experience in travel operations, reservations, or hospitality support.<\/span><\/span> Entry level, we will train you.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Depending on the client mix, this role may support vacation planning, destination research, hotel and resort recommendations, group travel coordination, itinerary management, and travel -related hospitality services.<\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span>

  • Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, timing, and destination goals<\/span>

  • Research destinations, hotels, resorts, tours, transportation, and travel experiences<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build customized itineraries and travel recommendations based on client needs<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate reservations, booking details, confirmations, and pre -travel communications<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage booking changes, travel issues, and follow -up support with professionalism and speed<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate client notes, booking details, and supplier communications in internal systems<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work with hotel, tour, transportation, and destination partners to support client travel needs<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Deliver a polished, responsive, service -oriented experience throughout the booking process<\/span>

    Qualifications<\/span>

    • Ability to learn travel advising, itinerary planning, hospitality coordination, reservations, tourism, or client -facing service roles<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Comfortable managing multiple client requests and deadlines at once<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to research destinations, compare options, and make thoughtful recommendations<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Learn how to use supplier platforms, or hospitality/travel systems <\/span>

      Preferred Background<\/span>

      • Travel agency, hospitality, hotel, tourism, cruise, resort, event, or client services experience is a plus but not required<\/span>

      • Familiarity with leisure travel, luxury travel, destination planning, group travel, or hospitality operations<\/span>
