About the role

Our Hosts are highly motivated employees that provide great excellent customer service. With a warm smile and engaged hospitality, Hosts set the stage for an indulgent dining experience by ensuring guest touch points are regularly sanitized, engaging in friendly conversation when seating guests and introducing the server, managing the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations, and genuinely thanking guests as they leave, inviting them to return. They are attentive, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

All of our roles at ADOR Kitchen and Cocktail are AT Will Positions. If offered the job you will be required to go thru training and if you successfully make it thru training then you will be released from training and will be able to start as a waitress. If you don't successfully make it thru training then we will not be able to employ you. 

Waitress Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Communicate to management and server when tables are open and sat
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Ability to quickly and accurately manage guest seating and wait times before dining
• Manage reservations, including sending confirmation links and assigning tables via reservation software.
• Purchase Hostesses Uniforms
• Assist with the training of new Host
• Post Daily on Social Media 
• Participate in Opening and Closing Duties that pertain to your area
• Other Duties as Assigned  

Qualifications and Requirements 

• 1-2 Years of Waitressing Experience Preferred 
• Must Be Over the Age of 21 
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
