- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with special requests or accommodations.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
