    Company Overview

    Within Eberly, you’ll discover a beautiful dining room offering contemporary American cuisine, a welcoming study, a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown, and our crown jewel, the historic Cedar Tavern bar of Greenwich Village in New York City.     Job Summary

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately capture and record guest information
    • Perform side work and set-up duties as assigned
    • Organize online reservation system before and during shift
    • Seat guests according to floor plan and reservation
    • Maintain professional appearance as an ambassador of Eberly
    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience in the foodservice industry is preferred, but not required.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. 
    • Ability to perform a variety of duties with extreme care, concern, and attention to detail. 
    • Ability to communicate with supervisor, fellow employees, and guests.
    • Ability to effectively listen, follow instructions, and adjust to changing conditions. 
    • Exhibits a pleasant personality and commitment to guest service.

    • This position receives competitive hourly pay + tips. Paychecks are delivered weekly and we are very flexible with scheduling. am/pm shift available.
