$12 - $18 Per Hour | Breakfast/Lunch and Weekend Availabiltiy Required

The Copperfield is hiring Hosts with morning and weekend availabiltiye for our brand-new location inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. At The Copperfield, guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. In addition to our restaurant and bar, The Copperfield features a coffee counter and grab-and-go market located right at the entrance of the restaurant alongside the host stand. Because of this unique setup, team members in this role will be cross-trained as Hosts, Baristas, and Food Runners to help support the guest experience throughout the restaurant.

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, hospitality-driven team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are willing to jump in wherever needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist guests while managing waitlists and seating
• Prepare coffee, espresso, and grab-and-go orders
• Deliver food quickly and accurately while supporting smooth service
• Operate the POS system and handle guest transactions
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the front-of-house areas
• Support the team with bussing, resetting tables, and assisting where needed

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
• Interest in hospitality, guest service, and coffee culture
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
