About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at K-BBQ & HOT POT VESTAL LLC as a Host/Bartender/Bobarista! You will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have an unforgettable dining experience while expertly crafting beverages that complement our delicious offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and Bubble Teas
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries about food and drinks.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with and wait staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Assist in special events and promotions to enhance guest engagement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a host or bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be at least 19 Years old
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
