Host
At El Gaucho Boise, hosts are essential to our front-of-house operations. You'll manage guest arrivals, coordinate seating, and ensure smooth communication between guests and the service team. This fast-paced role requires energy, professionalism, and strong multitasking abilities in a fine dining environment.
Daily responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests with authentic hospitality
- Assisting with coats and personal belongings
- Escorting guests to tables and presenting menus
- Answering calls and managing reservations professionally
- Communicating guest needs to the service team
- Supporting the Lead Host with accurate table management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Compensation: $16 hour/ plus tips (training wage $16 hour)
