Position Summary

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and proactive Hosts and Bussers to join our front-of-house team.

In this dual-capability role, you will be the first impression for guests entering our main hall and the backbone of our floor operations. You'll keep table turnover seamless by greeting guests, managing reservations, seating dining parties efficiently, and maintaining clean, inviting tables throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Greeting & Seating: Greet incoming guests warmly, manage waitlists using restaurant seating software, and guide parties to their tables.
• Dining Room Operations: Clear, sanitize, and reset tables quickly to support smooth dining transitions and reduce guest wait times.
• Teamwork & Support: Assist servers and runners by pre-bussing tables, running water/beverages, and keeping service stations fully stocked.
• Atmosphere Maintenance: Keep the main entrance, dining hall, host stand, and restrooms tidy, organized, and welcoming.
• Guest Service: Answer phone inquiries, handle takeout orders, and provide helpful information about menu items, events, and parking.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior customer service, host, or busser experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus, but no experience is required we will train the right attitude!
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Soft Skills: Upbeat personality, strong communication skills, and a "team-first" attitude.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, and carrying bus tubs or trays in a fast-paced environment for full shifts.

• Shifts: Flexible Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts (Day & Night)

Experience the German tradition at our Haus! Our festive Bier Hall is modeled after the original Hofbräuhaus in Munich,Germany. We brew our own beer on site and have a full menu filled with delicious German and American dishes.
