About the Role:
Arceo Brothers NJ Inc is looking for an energetic and friendly Host/Busser to join our team in Netcong, NJ! Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing seating and waitlists efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a friendly, professional manner
• Clear and reset tables quickly and thoroughly between seatings
• Assist servers by refilling water, removing dirty dishes, and maintaining table cleanliness
• Monitor dining room flow and communicate wait times accurately to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front-of-house areas
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods during shifts
• Strong multitasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
