Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Provide information about menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.
Assist in training new staff members on hosting procedures.
Support promotional events and special occasions as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
