Host Cashier - Carnegies Cafe at Tropicana Laughlin

As a Host Cashier, you're the first friendly face our guests meet-and the one who helps ensure their visit starts and ends on a high note. You'll guide the flow of the dining room, manage seating with ease, and deliver smooth, accurate cash‑handling that reflects the service standards of Tropicana Laughlin.

Guest‑Facing Duties

• Welcome guests warmly and seat them using a rotation system to maximize service
• Answer phones with professional etiquette and assist with reservations
• Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and supervisors
• Clear and reset tables quickly during peak hours-aiming for under two minutes

Cash Handling & POS

• Accurately process payments and return correct change or receipts
• Maintain your assigned cash bank and complete end‑of‑shift reports
• Learn and operate the POS system used by the outlet
