Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and arrange seating based on guest preference and table availability while monitoring the dining room atmosphere.
- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest waiting lists and reservations in accordance with established procedures.
- Deliver fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests and restaurant staff.
- Operate the cash register/POS system, process guest transactions accurately, provide correct change, and maintain accountability for cash, charge, and complimentary sales.
- Maintain knowledge of the restaurant menu, including food descriptions, pricing, add-ons, and beverage offerings.
- Process cash refunds and credit memorandums as directed by management.
- Coordinate and manage the flow of the restaurant to ensure efficient operations.
- Assign server and bus person stations to optimize service coverage.
- Oversee restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
- Assist servers and bus persons with guest service duties, including refilling beverages, pre-bussing and bussing tables, and attending to guest needs.
- Resolve guest service issues in accordance with established guidelines.
- Ensure dining and service areas are properly set up, clean, and maintained to company standards.
- Promote current casino events and programs and provide guests with directions throughout the property.
- Answer telephone calls professionally and courteously.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company matters.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in operating a POS system and/or adding machine and accurately making change.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to remain energetic, proactive, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
