Position Overview

The Host Cashier plays a key role in creating a warm, seamless guest experience at El Burro Borracho. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate payment processing, efficient seating, and consistently friendly service in a fast‑paced dining environment.

To perform this role successfully, candidates must be able to carry out each essential duty with competence and professionalism. Employees must also maintain knowledge of all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Education & Experience

  • 1-3 months of related experience or training.
  • Valid Health Card and Liquor License must be obtained and maintained.
  • Effective communication in English, including the ability to read and write in English.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions Proficiency with POS and cash‑handling systems, with the ability to operate them accurately.

  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Exhibit the Family Style Service model in all guest and team interactions.
