Position Overview: 


As the first point of contact, the Host/Hostess plays a vital role in setting the tone for our guests’ experience—from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave satisfied. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. 


Key Responsibilities: 

• Guest Reception: Greet guests with a smile, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to maintain a smooth and enjoyable flow.
  
  
• Service Support: Accommodate special requests and seating preferences while enhancing the overall guest experience.
  
  
• Communication: Serve as the communication link between guests and staff to ensure smooth service and fast resolution of any concerns.
  
  
• Front-of-House Operations: Keep the host stand, menus, and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  
  
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  
  

What We're Looking For:
 

• Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  
  
• Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; friendly and approachable.
  
  
• Attention to Detail: From accurate wait times to a tidy front-of-house, you notice what others might miss.
  
  
• Flexibility: Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  
  
• Team Player: Positive attitude and willingness to help others wherever needed.
