About Us:

Flying Biscuit Cafe has been serving delicious breakfast all day for 20 years! We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new location in Cary, NC. As we expand, we are looking for talented individuals to join our team and grow with us.

Benefits:

• 1 free up to $15 meal per day on duty

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and seat guests, following first-time guest protocols
• Maintain a timely restaurant wait list
• Communicate features and promotions to guests
• Deliver food to tables
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms
• Assist in taking orders and processing to-go guest payments when needed
• Perform daily opening and closing duties
• Communicate restaurant operational needs to managers
• Maintain a helpful and productive working relationship with the DMO
• Participate in and maintain positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams
• Participate in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled events

Qualifications:

• Willingness to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
• Physical stamina for a minimum 6-hour shift
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to train individuals
• Learner/Coachable

• Flexibility of schedule
