The Copperfield is hiring Hosts for our brand-new location opening inside the Chaska Curling & Event Center in Chaska, MN.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an opening team and help create one of Chaska’s newest dining destinations. Guests will enjoy elevated pub fare, craft cocktails, brunch, and a unique dining experience overlooking the curling rink. We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-driven team members who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and know how to make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
As a Host at The Copperfield, you’ll play an important role in creating the first impression for our guests while helping keep service organized and running smoothly throughout the restaurant.
What You’ll Do:
• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Manage waitlists and seat guests efficiently
• Answer phones and assist with takeout orders
• Help maintain a clean, organized front-of-house environment
• Support servers and the service team during busy shifts
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting dining areas as needed
• Help create a positive team culture during our opening launch
What We’re Looking For:
• Outgoing, personable, and upbeat personality
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous host or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
