Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, manage waiting lists, and provide menus
• Seat guests strategically and ensure server rotation
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Handle complaints and provide resolutions
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and assist guests
• Assist with other restaurant duties as needed

Requirements:

• Consistent and reliable work ethic
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Team player with a passion for serving others
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• At least 16 years of age
• Flexible schedule availability
• Capacity to lift and carry 10-55 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
