Location: Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille – The Lodge at Deadwood
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Shifts)

Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is a high-energy restaurant known for great food and exceptional service. We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Host to help ensure our guests feel welcome and the dining room is managed efficiently.

Position Summary:
The Host serves as the communication link between the guests and front-of-house team. This role is responsible for greeting guests, coordinating the seating, taking takeout orders and employee orders from all departments, and answering phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests and set the tone for their experience
• Manage the seating chart and accommodate special requests
• Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in person and over the phone
• Organize reservations and wait-lists
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room
• Assist with other FOH duties

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or host experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and presentation
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Availability for morning shifts, night shifts, including weekends and holidays
