Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Greet incoming and departing guests with a warm and gracious smile and eye contact.
- Manage the flow of the dining area, including managing wait times, assigning guests a table, and escorting guests to their seats.
- Professionally accommodate special needs & seating preferences for guests as much as possible.
- Beginning from the moment a guest enters the restaurant, ensure that all guests are provided with the BelAir experience.
- Communicate clearly, positively, and effectively with our guests, staff, and management.
- Multitask the execution of duties, including assisting servers in cleaning and clearing tables, sweeping floors, and inspecting the restaurant for proper presentation.
- Support the entire team with the completion of tasks such as to-go orders, serving our guests with chips, salsa, and water, etc.
- Take ownership of the host stand and all host duties
