• Greeting — Every guest acknowledged within 15 seconds of walking in
• Seating — Seat correctly — right section, right server rotation
• Waitlist — Manage waits accurately — no guessing on times
• Communication — Keep servers and the floor updated in real time
• Energy — You set the tone — warm, fast, and focused every shift

2. Greet — Acknowledge every guest within 15 seconds of entry
3. Update — Refresh wait times every 10 minutes during peak
4. Communicate — Tell servers a table is ready before seating them
