**HOST HOME PROVIDER WANTED** **Make a Difference by Opening Your Home** Family Matters Services is seeking compassionate and responsible individuals or families to become **Host Home Providers** for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Host Home Provider, you will welcome an individual into your home and provide a safe, supportive, family-oriented environment that promotes independence, dignity, and community involvement. **Responsibilities Include:** - Providing a safe and stable home environment - Assisting with daily living skills and personal growth - Supporting community participation and social activities - Helping with transportation to appointments, work, and activities as needed - Encouraging independence while providing appropriate supervision and support - Working collaboratively with Family Matters Services and the individual's support team **Qualifications:** - Must be at least 21 years of age - Have a stable residence with adequate living space - Pass background screening requirements - Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Be compassionate, patient, and dependable - Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required **What We Offer:** - Monthly reimbursement/compensation - Ongoing training and support - 24-hour on-call assistance - The opportunity to make a lasting positive impact in someone's life This is more than a job---it is an opportunity to provide a home, build meaningful relationships, and help someone achieve greater independence and quality of life.
