Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet guests arriving and departing, and seat them warmly.
- Assist in maintaining smooth guest flow and manage the wait list when busy.
- Support servers with guest needs and accommodate special requirements.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, including completing assigned cleaning tasks.
- Set up feature boards and inflate balloons.
Qualifications:
- Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Mobility required throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift.
- Ability to clean tables, booths, and floors as needed.
