Host/Hostess

At PABLO, the guest experience starts at the door.

Our hosts are the first and last people many of our guests interact with. You’ll set the tone from the moment they walk in, make people feel welcome, and help keep the restaurant organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude

Manage the waitlist, reservations, and seating throughout the shift

Seat guests quickly while keeping sections balanced for the service team

Keep the entrance and host stand clean and organized

Communicate with servers and managers to keep the flow of the restaurant smooth

Thank guests as they leave and make sure they feel welcome to come back

Jump in and help the team wherever needed

What You Bring:

A friendly, outgoing personality

Confidence talking to and welcoming guests

Strong communication and organization skills

The ability to stay calm and positive when we’re busy

A team-first attitude

Evening and weekend availability

No restaurant experience required; this is a great space to learn.
