Hours: 6:00AM - 2:00PM

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly, welcoming attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ensure all guests are treated in a consistent, courteous, and professional manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve guest concerns diplomatically and effectively.
• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with company safety programs, health department regulations, and job safety requirements.
• Enforce sanitation policies and safety standards throughout the kitchen and restaurant areas.
• Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned by the General Manager.

Desired Software Proficiencies

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Experience with hospitality or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Physical Requirements

• Work is primarily performed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to four (4) hours at a time.
• Ability to work effectively in confined or limited spaces.
• Ability to move throughout the property as needed to perform job duties.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, reach, and stretch while performing assigned duties.
• Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to operate required equipment and tools.
• Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, writing, grasping, climbing, and repetitive movements.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, managers, and coworkers.
• Requires visual acuity for reading, monitoring operations, and performing detailed tasks.
• Requires hearing ability sufficient to communicate effectively in a hospitality environment.
