About the Role:
Tank and Libby's LLC in Drexel Hill, PA is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team where great hospitality and good vibes are at the heart of everything we do.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Communicate wait times accurately and keep guests informed throughout their experience
• Coordinate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth table turnover
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
• Assist with guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and a smile

Requirements:

• Previous hosting, customer service, or front-of-house experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for hospitality
