WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Greeting residents and guests into our restaurants. You are often their first and last impression, and we count on you to make them feel at home and to create memorable experiences.
Use POS and reservation system to coordinate service.
Answer in-coming phone calls for reservations and carry out food orders.
Check out servers for side duties.
Inspect restaurants and service areas for cleanliness.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Someone who possesses a genuine interest in hospitality and customer service.
Ability to speak, read and write English to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
Basic computer skills needed for POS and reservations systems. Open Table experience a plus!
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
