Host / Hostess – Park 82


Park 82 is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team.


The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing reservations, guest flow, and takeout orders in a busy upscale restaurant environment.


Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  
  
• Manage reservations and seating using OpenTable
  
  
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations and guest questions
  
  
• Manage Toast / Toast TakeOut (2 Go) orders accurately
  
  
• Coordinate with servers and management to maintain an organized seating rotation
  
  
• Prepare and organize takeout orders for pickup
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance
  
  
• Provide excellent hospitality from the moment guests arrive until they leave
  
  

Requirements

• Must be familiar with OpenTable
  
  
• Must have experience with Toast, including Toast TakeOut / 2 Go orders
  
  
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
  
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
  
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
  
  
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
  
  
• Dependable and punctual
  
  
• Must be available for a combination of lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts
