The position is for someone who is friendly and warm, yet professional. As the first (and last) impression of the restaurant, we are looking for someone knowledgeable, approachable and efficient who can be the first impression in helping to create a memorable guest experience.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast paced environment
- Those who are skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing job responsibilities
- Individuals who are polite, that can clearly communicate with Guests inside the restaurant and over the phone
- Someone highly organized and detail oriented (Resy experience a plus)
While previous experience is helpful, we are willing to train those with the above qualities.
