Your Role:
Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
Accurately quote wait times and manage the seating chart efficiently
Escort guests to their tables while considering server rotation and guest preferences
Present menus and inform guests of daily specials
Assist with guest inquiries and ensure smooth front-of-house flow
Handle payments when necessary and operate the point-of-sale system
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a host, hostess, server, or busser preferred
Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Physically able to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is a plus
