Your Role:
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Accurately quote wait times and manage the seating chart efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables while considering server rotation and guest preferences
- Present menus and inform guests of daily specials
- Assist with guest inquiries and ensure smooth front-of-house flow
- Handle payments when necessary and operate the point-of-sale system
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a host, hostess, server, or busser preferred
- Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards is a plus
