We're looking for friendly, organized, and hospitality-focused Hosts/Hostesses to join our opening team and create an outstanding first impression for every guest.


Position Summary
The Host/Hostess is the first and last point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations and waitlists, coordinating seating, and ensuring a smooth flow of service while providing exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments using the restaurant reservation system.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries courteously and professionally.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure efficient seating and table turnover.
• Monitor the dining room to maintain smooth guest flow and wait times.
• Assist guests with special requests and accommodations whenever possible.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and host stand.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Support the front-of-house team as needed.
