What Success Looks Like
A successful Host / Busser / Server Assistant helps keep the entire restaurant flowing.
Guests are greeted quickly, tables are seated intelligently, dirty tables are cleaned and reset quickly, and servers receive help before they become overwhelmed.
The better the floor runs, the better the guest experience is — and because this position participates in
server tip-outs, helping the team succeed also gives you the opportunity to earn more.
Experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, outgoing, hardworking, and willing to learn.
