This position involves delivering superior quality food and beverage service with a strong focus on legendary hospitality.
Responsibilities include developing thorough menu knowledge, ensuring guests feel welcome, providing friendly and responsive service, and managing waitlists efficiently.
Ensure all guests receive attentive service, greet and seat them promptly, and handle any service issues by involving management when needed. Maintain cleanliness by inspecting restrooms regularly and addressing spills immediately.
Promote sales growth through excellent service that encourages repeat visits. Follow cost control procedures by accurately clocking in/out, handling wares properly, and keeping the host stand clean.
Work in a fast-paced environment, standing or walking up to 8 hours daily. Must be available for evening shifts, have restaurant experience, project a confident, positive image, and be fluent in English.
