Host/Hostess (PT/Flex Shift Weekends)

As a Host, you will play an important role in setting the tone for the entire dining experience. You will warmly welcome and engage with guests, manage reservations, assist with seating, and ensure the dining area is prepared and ready for service. Your professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail will help create an exceptional experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

• Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and professional greeting.
• Create a positive first impression by providing attentive and personalized service.
• Maintain a welcoming presence at the restaurant entrance and efficiently manage guest arrivals and seating.
• Manage dining reservations and provide accurate information regarding availability and wait times.
• Escort and direct guests to their tables while accommodating seating preferences whenever possible.
• Attend daily menu classes to remain knowledgeable about current menu offerings.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, properly set, and ready for guests.
