About Us ProAbition Whiskey Lounge & Restaurant is a high-energy, guest-focused restaurant and bar in the heart of Downtown Riverside. We pride ourselves on great food, craft drinks, and a team that works together to create an exceptional experience for every guest.
Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome, manage reservations and wait times, and help ensure smooth flow of service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival
Manage waitlists and reservations
Escort guests to tables and provide menus
Communicate clearly with servers and management regarding seating
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive first impression
Qualifications
Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Previous host or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Schedule Requirements
Availability for nights, weekends, and possibly holidays is required
